Longing for summer

There is a place nearby where old people use to sit and chat (without computers). I took this picture last summer on a Saturday, just before leaving for the flea market. There was that holiday feeling in the air I love so much about summer.

Some questions arose after I took this photograph: Why do old men mostly have small dogs? And why do the dogs always look similar to their owners?
