In my opinion Arabic Calligraphy the most beautiful of the world. This is the Shahada, the sentence one has to say to become a Muslim: There is no god but Allah and Mohammed is his messenger. Ashhadu an la illaha illallah, wa Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah.
